When choosing a single-acting pinch valve, consider the Total Air Volume required to overcome spring resistance. Because the spring is always pushing back, these valves require slightly higher pilot air pressure than double-acting versions. Ensure your air compressor can maintain at least 5.5 bar to keep the valve fully energized.
