Air Operated Pinch Valves

Air Operated pinch valves offer a unique and cost-effective solution for fluid control problems. The secret lies in the rubber valve sleeve - the only flow-through part of the pneumatic pinch valve. The driving or clamping action of the valve is accomplished by the pressurized air or liquid acting on the casing. The valve body, as an integrated drive device, eliminates the need for expensive pneumatic/hydraulic/electric actuators. By controlling the air pressure in the annular space between the valve body and the casing, we can open, close or adjust the valve. When the gas source pressure is approximately 2bar higher than the pipeline pressure, the valve can be closed. The elasticity of the casing allows the valve to close with zero leakage when there are residual particles, avoiding damage to the valve. The sealed area is equivalent to 95% of the valve length. There are no valve seats or sealing packing that need to be replaced, and no gaps or dead corners where debris would accumulate and hinder the operation of the valve. The wear resistance of the pinch valve is unparalleled. When the valve is fully open, it is just like a section of pipe in the pipeline. Pinch valves are applied in hard-to-reach locations or harsh environments because they have no external connections, handles, pistons or rotating parts, thus avoiding shutdowns due to malfunctions.
