Design Features

• The heavy-duty bracket design adopts a top-removable stem nut, facilitating the installation of bevel gears or pneumatic actuators without welding;
• Open/close positioning brackets are standard (for sizes DN400 and below);
• In the open position, the stainless steel gate can be completely withdrawn from the slurry, allowing inspection or replacement of the gate without disassembling the valve;
• 316 stainless steel gate is standard configuration;
• The dynamically self-adjusting secondary seal maintains lubrication;
• On-site replaceable FENGCHI elastic sealing bushing for easy installation;
• Unobstructed flow passage, no metal-to-metal contact, no guide blocks or wedge-shaped grooves;
• Double-sealing bushing design provides "blind plate"-type shut-off when the valve is closed; the sealing bushings fit tightly to isolate medium pressure, eliminating the need for flange gaskets;
• The one-piece valve body flange drilling standard is PN10, with PN16/ANSI B16.5/150 drilling as an option;
• The controllable stroke of the flushing area prevents the gate from inserting too deeply into the sealing bushing in the closed position, reducing the stress on the sealing bushing and the possibility of bushing tearing; all bolts are equipped with lock washers underneath.
