Rollers Hose Pump

Hose pumps fall under the category of peristaltic pumps. The FNC Hose Pump is capable of conveying highly abrasive media. It features no valves or seals, with the only component in contact with the medium being the inner cavity of the rubber hose— the rotor that compresses the hose is completely isolated from the medium. The unique advantages of hose pumps lie in their superior self-priming capability unmatched by other pump types, which can generate an almost perfect vacuum for liquid suction. They can transport gas-containing liquids and foamy liquids without air lock, and excel at conveying high-viscosity and shear-sensitive media. Additionally, they deliver a fixed displacement per revolution, independent of discharge pressure.
