Product Structure

Manufactured from cast iron, cast steel or stainless steel, the valve body combines high robustness and corrosion resistance, offering reliable support and protection for internal components.
2.Rubber Sleeve
As the core functional component of the valve, the FNC Fengchi rubber sleeve adopts a special three-layer structure (inner layer, outer layer and reinforced fiber layer) and is formed through an integrated vulcanization process, featuring stable structure and excellent toughness. With over 20 material options including natural rubber and fluororubber, it can be precisely customized to match medium properties, working pressure and application scenarios, directly determining the service life and sealing performance of the product. In addition, worn sleeves can be directly replaced with new ones, enabling low-cost equipment maintenance, ensuring continuous and stable production and greatly reducing downtime losses.
3.Actuator
Available in four driving modes: pneumatic, electric, manual and hydraulic, the actuator achieves accurate valve opening/closing and flow regulation, flexibly adapting to diverse demands of automated production lines and manual control scenarios.
4.Connection Parts
Designed in compliance with standard specifications, the connection parts fit perfectly with various pipe sizes, providing tight and firm connections to effectively prevent fluid leakage and ensure safe and trouble-free conveying.

1.Metal & Mining Industry
In an iron ore concentrator, the slurry conveying medium contains a large amount of ore particles with extreme abrasiveness. The plant selected FNC Fengchi pinch valves with wear-resistant rubber sleeves. These valves withstand long-term slurry scouring without clogging or leakage, effectively solving the industry-wide pain points of easy wear and blockage of conventional valves, and ensuring continuous and stable operation of the slurry conveying system.
2.Water Treatment Industry

5.Photovoltaic Industry
In a quartz sand purification project in Shandong Province, the medium is a mixture of quartz sand, oxalic acid and hydrochloric acid, featuring harsh working conditions and high automation requirements. Over 600 sets of heavy-duty pneumatic automatic control FNC Fengchi pinch valves were selected for the project.
